Ivan Lendl is a former professional tennis player from Czechoslovakia. Born on March 7, 1960, Lendl dominated the sport in the 1980s, winning 94 singles titles, including 8 Grand Slam titles. Known for his powerful serve and relentless baseline play, he held the world No. 1 ranking for 270 weeks in total. Lendl was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 2001 and later became a successful coach, guiding players like Andy Murray to Grand Slam success.
